We are looking for a results-driven Account Managers who can support the organization by delivering to established business metrics, specifically in the areas of corporate tax accounting and account management.

We support small and medium size businesses through our full-cycle bookkeeping and tax preparation services. Each of our clients is important to us, and we strive to exceed their expectations.

About the Position

  • Assisting the Senior Account Manager with their clients’ accounts and outsourced related bookkeeping, including client communications and managing workflow
  • Overlooking corporate tax return, HST return, payroll, WSIB, bookkeeping, issuing of ROE.
  • Handles Incorporation, registration for CRA accounts, and master business license applications
  • Review bookkeeping, personal, corporate and HST tax returns and assist with tax filings
  • Produce review reports on clients’ accounts based on needed improvements required with tax returns and bookkeeping
  • Help finalize the tax returns as needed and help resolve issues identified with the clients

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Min. of 3 years of direct experience as an accountant for small business owners
  • Able to prioritize, collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data using Excel tools for on time service delivery during tax seasons
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are a team player, detail-oriented and organized, and enjoy a collaborative work team
  • Prepared and Fearless, you can handle tough conversations with your clients, when necessary
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, and always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and Profile Tax Software

$20.00-$28.00 per hour
